RBR Growth Consulting provides digital marketing and growth consulting services including but not limited to Google Ads management, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Business Profile optimization, call tracking, lead generation, and marketing strategy for dental practices, law firms, and home service businesses.
3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services. Clients are responsible for granting timely access to accounts, platforms, and assets required for campaign execution. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may affect campaign timelines and results.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, fees, and billing schedules are outlined in individual client service agreements. All fees are due as specified in the applicable agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Ad spend budgets are separate from management fees and are paid directly to advertising platforms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of RBR Growth Consulting and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Campaign assets created for clients become the client's property upon full payment of associated fees.
6. Results & Guarantees
While we strive to deliver measurable results for every client, RBR Growth Consulting does not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or revenue figures. Results vary based on market conditions, competition, budget, and other factors outside our control. Case studies and testimonials represent individual client experiences and are not guarantees of future performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
RBR Growth Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the individual client service agreement. Upon termination, the client will receive all campaign data, assets, and reporting generated during the engagement. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Albany County, New York.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
