2. About Us

RBR Growth Consulting is operated jointly by two affiliated companies. Digital Meteors (operating as 15748666 Canada Inc), a Canadian corporation, provides the technology infrastructure and operational services that power our platform. RBR Growth Consulting, a United States company, provides customer-facing services and account management to clients in the United States.

For purposes of these Terms of Service, references to "we," "us," "our," or "RBR Growth Consulting" include both entities where applicable. The SMS notifications program described in Section 4 is operated by Digital Meteors (15748666 Canada Inc) on behalf of RBR Growth Consulting.

3. Services Description

RBR Growth Consulting provides digital marketing and growth consulting services including but not limited to Google Ads management, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Business Profile optimization, call tracking, lead generation, and marketing strategy for dental practices, law firms, and home service businesses.

4. AI Voice Agent SMS Notifications Program

Program name: RBR Voice Agent SMS Notifications.

Program description: As part of our AI voice agent service, business owners receive SMS messages summarizing inbound calls answered by the voice agent on their behalf. Each message includes caller information, reason for the call, urgency, and a quality score.

Eligibility: This SMS program is available exclusively to business owners and authorized staff at companies that have signed a service agreement with RBR Growth Consulting and have explicitly enabled SMS notifications during onboarding.

Consent: By providing your mobile phone number to RBR Growth Consulting and enabling SMS notifications, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your voice agent service. Consent is captured during the signed service agreement and is not a condition of any other purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on call volume to your business. Typical volume is 1 to 30 messages per day per recipient.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier plan for details. RBR Growth Consulting is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Opt-out (STOP): You can opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages from this program. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Carriers not liable: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: SMS data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share SMS opt-in information, phone numbers, or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.

Supported carriers: This service is supported on major U.S. and Canadian carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

5. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services. Clients are responsible for granting timely access to accounts, platforms, and assets required for campaign execution. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may affect campaign timelines and results.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, fees, and billing schedules are outlined in individual client service agreements. All fees are due as specified in the applicable agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Ad spend budgets are separate from management fees and are paid directly to advertising platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of RBR Growth Consulting and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Campaign assets created for clients become the client's property upon full payment of associated fees.

8. Results & Guarantees

While we strive to deliver measurable results for every client, RBR Growth Consulting does not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or revenue figures. Results vary based on market conditions, competition, budget, and other factors outside our control. Case studies and testimonials represent individual client experiences and are not guarantees of future performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

RBR Growth Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the individual client service agreement. Upon termination, the client will receive all campaign data, assets, and reporting generated during the engagement. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Albany County, New York.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
