Our Story

How RBR Was Founded

RBR Growth Consulting was born from an unusual partnership. Roberto came from finance β€” years spent inside businesses doing $3M, $4M, $5M, reading P&Ls, watching operations, understanding what actually drives revenue. Bala came from performance marketing at the highest level β€” including overseeing campaigns across 100+ dental practices for one of Canada's largest DSOs, dentalcorp.

They met through a mutual contact at Goldman Sachs. Bala started auditing marketing for free. Then he saved one client β€” a North Carolina practice owner with 10 locations β€” $400,000 a year in wasted marketing spend. That was the moment.
