Google Ads Management

A flat fee, whatever you spend.

Most agencies charge a percentage of your ad budget, which pays them more every time they spend more of your money. We charge a flat management fee that does not move with your budget, and you pay Google directly with no markup.

How this works

Three things that are unusual, and deliberate

Flat management fee

It does not rise when your budget rises. Scaling spend because the campaigns are working should not quietly increase what you pay us for the same work.

You pay Google directly

Ad spend goes from your card to Google on your own account. It never passes through us and carries no markup, so there is nothing hidden between your budget and the auction.

First 30 days, no management fee

You cover the ad spend. We build the campaigns, set up tracking and get it running. If it is not better than what you had, you owe nothing for the management.

The account is yours and stays yours. If we stop working together you keep it with all of its conversion history and learning intact. An ad account you do not own is leverage over you, and starting from zero somewhere else is an expensive way to change agency.

What the work actually is

Search campaigns on buying intent

Built around the searches that end in a booking rather than the ones that pad an impression count. Exact match on the terms that convert, with negative keyword work to stop budget leaking into searches that never had a customer behind them.

Conversion tracking that counts calls

A conversion is a phone call or a form fill, not a click or a page view. Tracking is configured before the campaigns go live, because optimising against the wrong signal is worse than not optimising at all.

Landing pages that match the ad

If the ad promises one thing and the page says another, the click is wasted and Quality Score punishes you for it. We build or fix the page the traffic lands on as part of the engagement.

Weekly optimisation, not monthly reporting

Search terms reviewed, bids adjusted, budget moved toward what is producing calls. The report is a by-product of the work rather than the deliverable.

We only count a lead when the phone rings

Clicks and impressions are easy to grow and easy to present. They are not what you are buying. Every number on the site is a CallRail tracking number, so each call is attributed to the campaign and often the exact keyword behind it. We hold the CallRail account and give you the login, which means you can open it yourself, listen to the recordings and decide whether the leads are any good without taking our word for it.

Paid search produces calls now. Organic work compounds quietly underneath it. Most clients run both, which is why our SEO plans include call tracking at no extra cost from the Growth tier upward. For dental practices the same tracking runs in a HIPAA-compliant configuration, covered on the dental marketing page.

Questions we get asked

No. Management is a flat fee that does not move with your budget. Percentage-of-spend pricing pays an agency more every time it spends more of your money, which is a conflict of interest sitting at the centre of the relationship. A flat fee means the only way we grow the account is by making it work.

You do, directly, with your own card on your own account. Ad spend never passes through us and carries no markup. You can open the billing screen in Google Ads at any time and see exactly what was spent, which is not something you can do when an agency buys media on your behalf.

No management fee. You cover the ad spend, we build the campaigns, set up conversion tracking and call attribution, and get it running. If what you get is not better than what you had before, you owe us nothing for the management.

Yes. The Google Ads account is yours and stays yours, with all of its history, conversion data and learning intact. An account you do not own is leverage over you rather than an asset, and rebuilding that history from zero is an expensive way to change agency.

Every number is a CallRail tracking number, so each call is attributed to the campaign and often the keyword that produced it. We hold the CallRail account and give you the login, so you can listen to the calls yourself rather than reading our summary of them.

There is no fixed minimum, but there is an honest threshold below which paid search cannot produce enough data to optimise against, and that threshold depends entirely on what a click costs in your industry and area. We will tell you if your budget is too thin to be worth running before you spend anything.
