AI Voice Agent
The call you could not take still gets answered.
Most lost jobs are not lost to a competitor's better pitch. They are lost to a phone ringing out while you were up a ladder or mid-appointment, and the caller dialling the next name on the list.
What it does
Four things, done properly
Answers the call
Picks up when nobody else can. Evenings, weekends, during a job, or on the fourth ring when the whole team is already on the phone. The caller gets a voice rather than a beep.
Takes the message
Finds out who is calling, what they need and how to reach them, in a conversation rather than a recorded prompt the caller has to sit through.
Routes to the right person
Transfers the call onward where it should go rather than dropping everything into one inbox for somebody to sort out later.
Emails you the whole conversation
A full written summary of what was said lands in your inbox. Not a missed call notification, not a voicemail to listen back to, the actual content of the call in a form you can read in ten seconds and act on.
What it does not do yet
It does not book appointments. That is a feature we expect to add, and when it exists we will say so here. We are not going to sell you a diary integration that is still on a roadmap, because discovering that after signing is exactly the kind of thing that makes people distrust this industry.
If booking into a live calendar is the specific problem you need solved, tell us. We will say plainly whether this is worth doing for you now or whether you should wait.
The email is the part people underestimate
A missed call notification tells you that you missed a call. A voicemail makes you stop what you are doing and listen to ninety seconds to extract one address. A written summary of the whole conversation tells you who called, what they want and how urgent it is, in the time it takes to read four lines at a set of traffic lights.
That difference decides whether you call back in ten minutes or tomorrow, and calling back in ten minutes is most of what winning the job comes down to. It pairs naturally with call tracking, which shows you how many calls were going unanswered in the first place, and with Google Ads, where an unanswered call is budget you have already spent.
Questions we get asked
We would rather they were not misled, and in practice most people work it out quickly anyway. The agent is there to catch a call that would otherwise have rung out, not to impersonate a receptionist. A caller who gets a useful exchange at seven in the evening is better served than one who gets voicemail.
Not today. It answers, takes a message, routes the call and emails you the conversation. Booking is something we expect to add, but we are not going to sell it to you before it exists. If diary booking is the thing you actually need, say so and we will tell you honestly whether this is worth doing yet.
It routes them to a person where one is available, and where nobody is, it captures the detail and flags it to you. The design assumption is that it will not handle everything, so the failure case is a well-documented message rather than a confused caller being dead-ended.
For most of our clients there is no receptionist to replace, which is the actual problem. The phone rings while someone is up a ladder, mid-procedure or driving between jobs. The agent covers the calls nobody was ever going to answer rather than the ones somebody already does.
They answer different halves of the same question. Tracking tells you which marketing produced the call. The agent makes sure the call is not lost when it arrives. Running both means you can see what a missed call was costing you and then watch that number fall.
It depends on your call volume and how it is configured, so it is a conversation rather than a number on a page. What is worth weighing it against is the value of one job you currently lose to voicemail, which for most of our clients is not a close comparison.
How many calls are you currently missing?
Most businesses do not know, and the number is usually worse than the guess. Call +1 (347) 993-0391 or leave your details below.
