RBR Growth Consulting, a United States company, provides customer-facing marketing services and account management to clients in the United States.

We use CallRail for call tracking and recording as part of our marketing services. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and campaign attribution purposes. For dental clients, all call tracking is HIPAA-compliant. By calling our tracked numbers, you consent to call recording in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activity. This includes Google Analytics and advertising pixels to measure campaign effectiveness. 7. SMS Communications & Voice Agent Notifications

We operate an AI voice agent service that answers inbound phone calls on behalf of our business clients (such as home services and law firms). After each answered call, our system sends an SMS summary message to the business owner containing details about the caller and the call.

Information collected via SMS service: When the SMS notification feature is enabled for one of our business clients, we collect the business owner's mobile phone number (provided to us during onboarding), and the system stores call summary content (caller name, callback number, reason for calling, urgency, and a quality score) for the purpose of generating these summaries.

How SMS data is used: SMS phone numbers and message content are used solely to deliver call notifications to the authorized business owner. We do NOT use this information for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing of SMS data: We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in information, mobile phone numbers, or message content with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS data may be processed by our service providers (such as Twilio for message delivery) solely to deliver the messages requested. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent: Business owners explicitly consent to receive SMS notifications during the service onboarding process via signed agreement. SMS notifications are opt-in only.

Opt-out: Recipients may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Opt-out requests are processed immediately. To re-subscribe, recipients may reply START.

Help: Recipients may reply HELP to any message to receive contact information for support.

Message frequency: Frequency varies based on call volume to the recipient's business — typically 1 to 30 messages per day.

Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on the recipient's mobile carrier plan.
